So I have been charting temp and using OPKs. I'm a bit confused on the results so hoping somebody can let me know what's going on? I started taking OPKs on CD10 (I have consistent 28 day cycles). It just confirms your lh surge. The only way to confirm O is with temping. U can get a pos. opk and not O. U can also get a neg. opk but temp rise which means u did O.
